The BICC will participate in the Township's NRETC (Natural Resources and Eco Tourism Commission) Wildlife Symposium currently scheduled for June 28th. As you know the BICC is working with Township Officials and the MDNRE to implement Quality Deer Management Regulations island wide. This symposium will give us a chance to propose a Deer Management Plan for Beaver Island. We are currently finalizing a draft plan and will have it out for membership input in the near future.
